2020年 MEET TAIWAN大專院校說明會
「MEET TAIWAN大專院校說明會」預計於 10 月 7 日 (星期三) 來到清華大學，誠摯邀請您前來共同交流！
今年許多活動雖因疫情影響而停擺，但「推動臺灣會展產業發展計畫（簡稱 MEET TAIWAN）」仍持續鼓勵更多 NGO 團體未來投身爭取及舉辦國際會議；
今年也將持續辦理說明會，深入校園向教授及公協學會相關人士介紹 MEET TAIWAN 可協助事項及補捐助資訊，強化進一步提升未來成功競標機率。
另外，今年由於許多會議活動等都改成線上或 Hybrid meeting（虛實整合）方式辦理，因此 MEET TAIWAN 也特別邀請到數位化會議專業人士來與各位分享相關經驗，期待能對未來舉辦國際會議上能更有所助益！
活動資訊：
日期：2020 年 10 月 7 日 (三) 12:00-13:30
地點：國立清華大學行政大樓 2 樓 第 1 會議室
( 地址：新竹市東區光復路二段101號 )
費用：無須自費，經費由經濟部國際貿易局補助，現場備有午餐。
防疫提醒：考量會議室屬密閉空間，建議配戴口罩，現場亦將備有酒精等提供消毒。

Dear professors,
Founded in 1970 and sponsored by Taiwan’s government and industry organizations, TAITRA is Taiwan's foremost non-profit trade promotion organization. Since its launch in 2009 by the Taiwan Bureau of Foreign Trade (BOFT), a division of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), the MEET TAIWAN program has been working to elevate Taiwan's MICE industry, offering supports for domestic organizations to market Taiwan as an ideal destination for hosting international conferences with consulting and financial assistance.
We are going to host a seminar to elaborate more about our service.
Date: October 7th, 2020 12:00-13:30
Location: (Main Campus) First Meeting Room, Administration Building, 2nd Floor, National Tsing Hua University
Number limit: 60
Free of charge, free lunch
Attention： According to the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) urges the public to wear masks when going to places where many people gather in close proximity.
